To help accelerate, we’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager. You love getting your hands dirty, learning cutting-edge new technologies, and the excitement that comes with building a new business from the ground up. You have strong opinions about how to do that yet work collaboratively and are always open to new ideas.
Own business development, go-to-market, and strategic initiatives related to our upcoming public launch
Work closely with the founding team to onboard our first customers and ensure their success on Highlight, while thinking strategically about product and process improvements
Develop, track, and analyze core business and product metrics to gauge the success of our customers using Highlight, and generate actionable insights to improve their experience
Collaborate with our Product & Engineering team to refine our product roadmap based on customer experience and feedback
You have 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, operations, finance, or analytics, or related experience at a high-growth or early-stage start-up
You have experience leading major initiatives, growing a business, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
You can perform complex analyses with data, and have basic SQL knowledge (or a willingness to learn it)
You run towards problems, not away from them, and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to make your areas of responsibility successful

What We’re Building
We’re an experienced team (ex-Square, DoorDash & Instagram) that is building a platform to power creator fan communities using NFTs that unlock membership, exclusive benefits, and rewards. Because NFTs are ownable digital assets, fans can be rewarded for their loyalty and fandom in an entirely new way.
