To help accelerate, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager. You love nurturing long-term business partnerships, getting your hands dirty to launch visionary campaigns, learning cutting-edge new technologies, and the excitement that comes with building a new business from the ground up. You have strong opinions about how to do that yet work collaboratively and are always open to new ideas.


  • Own business development, go-to-market, and strategic initiatives related to our ongoing growth

  • Work closely with the founding team to onboard major customers and ensure their success on Highlight, while thinking strategically about product and process improvements

  • Develop, track, and analyze a pipeline of partnership opportunities, working closely with the founding team

  • Collaborate with our Product & Engineering team to refine our product roadmap based on partner experience and feedback


  • You have 4+ years of experience in music, media, entertainment, or related experience at a high-growth or early-stage start-up

  • You have experience leading major partnership initiatives, growing a pipeline, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

  • You can perform analyses with data, and have basic financial and deal negotiation experience

  • You run towards problems, not away from them, and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to make your areas of responsibility successful

Because NFTs are ownable digital assets, fans can be rewarded for their loyalty and fandom in an entirely new way.
