Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis trained as a painter at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago before transitioning to digital art in the late 1990s, adopting a minimalist style influenced by pop art, Sol LeWitt’s conceptual systems, and Josef Albers’s color theory. His work has been exhibited internationally at Bright Moments Gallery and has been featured at Sotheby’s, Phillips, and the European Cultural Center in Venice. He founded Davis Editions, a publisher of limited-edition art prints, and served as Art Blocks’s Chief Creative Officer from 2021-23. A longtime professor of art and design, he also authored two textbooks, ‘Foundations of Design’ and ‘Foundations of Color.’
